•Construction
* Bed ends are 2 ½” X 2 ½”, solid oak, posts that are connected by 1 ¼” X 4” rails using strong, stable mortise and tenon joinery.
* Firm even support is provided by helically suspended 9 gauge long life sinuous wire on a heavy-duty, steel, 2” X 1 ½” angle down frame with reinforced corners.
* The hook-slot design springs lock into 3/8” steel rods that are deeply embedded into the end posts.
* Two (2) side-rails, 1 ¼” X 5” X 80 ¼”, solid oak, with heavy-duty, steel hook plates bolted to each end provide both a top safety rail and a stabilizing lower stretcher.
* Catalyzed lacquer provides a tough durable finish.
